We have made gingerbread dough and dough for “lussekatter” that is a swedish tradition to eat on St. Lucia’ s Day , the 12th of December.(They are sweet buns with saffron in it) I promised to bake some for school after a failed attempt in class last week and I’ll keep some for ourselves n the freezer.
We’ll bake some gingerbread men tonight and probably the rest tomorrow night..
Now we’ve had supper and I can turn to my knitting for a while again..
