Any kid at any time in this cottage has needed a good supply of drawing paper and crayons, pencils, glue and scissors. Yesterday the cousins (the girls) sat around the table drawing like they used to when they were little. It is a tradition with them. They sought to this ritual to find back to their interaction pattern with each other up here I think.
A new tradition is that the journaling thing has a contagious effect- at least on Kristi: Here she has made a set o sheets that she is working on, combining gesso and crayons, layering pieces of paper on some of them..
Carly got into a tedious piece of zentangle that she is working on a little at a time:
